PROFILE CROPPEDI am an academic based in Sussex Law School at the University of Sussex where I’m working to widen participation in higher education with Sussex’s Foundation Years.

My research is on queer, decolonial, feminist and crip politics; critical theories of liberalism and the state; and collaborative, auto/ethnographic and film-based pedagogy.

I have previously been a post-doctoral Fellow at the Academy of Government, University of Edinburgh, as well as completing a PhD in Politics and IR at the University of Edinburgh. I have also worked as a researcher and/or consultant with Dechinta Centre for Research and Learning, ArcticNet, the Akitsiraq Law School, the Circumpolar Institute at the University of Alberta, the Association for Public Service Excellence and the Reference Group on In/Equalities in Scotland.
